Ordering was fairly straight forward, and the product showed up in a timely manner. However, even though it looks like they took time to pack the plants well I still had a lot of breakage, especially on the roses. Also, when I pay for a tree that is supposed to be 5' to 6' tall, I was hoping for at least somewhere in the middle, but I received a tree that was 4' 6/8' tall. Now it's possible that the branch that took it to 5' was broken off but I really didn't notice any of the tops broken, mostly the sides.
If you saw the box the first tree came in you would be surprised it was even alive. When I notified Fastgrowing trees they sent a replacement. Thier customer service was friendly and very helpful.
I ordered a 3-4 feet Flame Thrower Redbud tree and it arrived on time in a box. It was in good condition. I planted the tree within 2 days after arrival. There were no instructions in the box regarding planting the tree, but I had received instructions by way of emails. However, I would have preferred instructions also being included in the box so I didn't have to try and read my emails on my phone while I planted the tree. Other than that, I love the tree and it is really thriving now! I bought the tree in early May and by mid June there were many new leaves starting to appear and it has grown about 2 inches in height. My tree appears to be very happy and so am I!

I placed a large order for little limelight hydrangeas, knockout roses and some trees. The items were much smaller than expected, 3 of the hydrangeas were completely dead on arrival, and the roses all looked like they had been trampled. I had to contact customer service twice to get the 3 hydrangeas replaced. Thankfully they were replaced with much healthier plants. Since planting 3 more have died. Not worth the time and effort to replace. I should have just purchased at our local nursery.

I purchased a limelight dwarf tree for the half the price of my local nursery. I was so impressed that I bought a rose dwarf and 2 other bushes. I had some shipping damage and customer service was right on it. Replaced both bushes after I provided some pictures

My only complaint was the customer service. Trees arrived broken in half. Not your fault but I could only submit emails. I finally get this done and you sent another order. After a week nothing... I don't know what happened to it. The third order came and delivered satisfactorily. My real complaint was not being able to contact customer service in a timely matter. I probably wont be back.
My roses came in 5 weeks too late and in very bad condition. Dark spots on all the thin and thick stems. As well as leaves.
Trees were both in same box and both were damaged: branches broken off. Don't know how they will look as they grow. Box was slightly dented on one end, so looked like rough handling.

All the leaves were wilted upon arrival. Was a drafted tree which is not mentioned in the description. Tree proceeded to die. Even with added shade, daily watering, mulch, and rabbit guard. Company did offer a free replacement which I am waiting until fall to request.
Received the plants in great shape planted them in large planters new leaves are blooming no fruits yet.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
